From piston size and valving, to materials and real-world testing, Ryan spends some one-on-one time with Teraflex’s Chief Technology Officer, Paul Cox, to discuss the three different shock styles before testing them out for himself in the frozen Utahan wilderness.
Shocks have always been a bit of a magical black box to most people. We know that some shocks are “better” than others but this was a great opportunity to get a first-hand look into why, by seeing how they’re built.
